Robert Ott has recently started using Imnoo and we had the pleasure of talking to Rapahel Rudolf about his initial experiences. Remedy for the runtime estimate
When asked where Imnoo can help Robert Ott, Rapahel Rudolf quickly turns to the calculation and estimation of running times. That's why Imnoo made him curious. If he can rely on artificial intelligence to estimate transit times, "then I have the digital expert I was looking for at my side," says Raphael Rudolf. But he is not the only one: especially when another person joins the team in a rapidly growing company and has to take on tasks in a short space of time, they are supported from the outset by a tool that is not only easier to use, but also provides "expert advice on transit times".
Pioneering work that pays off - Seveco ERP and Imnoo integration
Robert Ott already uses a modern ERP system from Seveco for administration and quotations. Parts were already being calculated with Seveco. Nevertheless, there were many interfaces and mails - also in printed form - which are now a thing of the past with Imnoo. Recently, the interface between Imnoo and Seveco was implemented as a novelty. A pioneering achievement that is currently still associated with additional costs, although Rapahel Rudolf is optimistic that the additional work currently being done will soon pay off.
