His goal is to be able to offer his own customers the same digital service with AutoQuote as the platforms do: "I want to build my own CNC webshop with direct customer contact and not help a competitor. In his search for an automation solution, he came across Imnoo in a roundabout way. Imnoo's sustainable AI technology and business model won him over. Like many other CNC manufacturers, Alexander Zipfel had the problem that only he, as the managing director or specialist, had complete control of the quotation process.
